NEURALCODE AI PRIVATE LIMITED, a private limited company having its registered office at Haryana, India, owns and manages the mobile application Arasthoo (the "Platform").

The company is committed to protecting your privacy and the information that you share while using and operating the Platform. The company values your privacy and takes responsibility in relation to your data seriously.

GENERAL

This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) is published in compliance with inter alia:

• Section 43A of the Information Technology Act, 2000 (“IT Act”);
• Rule 4 of the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011 (“SPDI Rules”);
• Rule 3 of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011; and
• Under the relevant provisions of Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

• The term 'You' & 'User' shall mean any legal person or entity accessing or using the services provided on this mobile application, who is competent to enter into binding contracts, as per the provisions of the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

You unequivocally agree that this Policy constitutes a legally binding agreement between You and Us. We reserve the sole and exclusive right to amend or modify this policy and upload the revised policy on the Arasthoo platform. You also have a duty to periodically check the terms and stay updated on its requirements.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

You expressly agree and acknowledge that the Company collects and stores Your personal information, which is provided by You from time to time on the Platform. This information includes:

• Personal Identifiers: Your username, passwords, email address, name, address, age, date of birth, sex, etc., as well as any images or other information uploaded/published by You on the Platform.
• Financial Information for Rewards: To process payouts for rewards won on the Platform, we may collect financial information such as your UPI ID, bank account details, or other payment-related information. This information will be used solely for the purpose of transferring reward money to you.
• Engagement Data: Your performance, scores, and history in quizzes and puzzles on the Platform.
• Automatically Tracked Information: We may automatically track certain information about You based upon Your IP address and Your behavior on the Platform. This information is used to do internal research on user demographics, interests, and behavior to better understand and cater to our users. You may choose to not provide or withdraw any or all of your personal information, but in doing so, we may be unable to allow you to access the Platform or its features, including the ability to receive rewards.
